The Elkins Park Fire Company is a unique and diversified company with over 30 active volunteer members, who stem from all walks of life that mirror the community they serve everyday.

 Along side 4 other fire companies, the Elkins Park Fire Company has served the residents of Cheltenham Township continuously since 1892. We are fortunate to have some of the most dedicated and talented individuals serving their community day in and day out.  As a family, we value the history and traditions of the fire service as a whole, as well as our own time tested ones.

The Elkins Park Fire Company is an organization which is built upon the strong shoulders of past leadership extending over 100 years in the community and without these models of service, we would not be able to address and conquer the challenges the future will bring.

We the officers and members are a vibrant eccentric family that value the past, see our present possibilities, and welcome the challenges that the future will bring. This company is committed to providing the residents of our district, the township, and the surrounding communities as a whole, the best possible service each day.
