On behalf of the Officers and Members of the Elkins Park Fire Company it is my pleasure to welcome you to our home on the web.
As Active President, it is my job to oversee the administrative aspects of the company and to make sure that we are serving you and your family with the professionalism and courtesy you have come to expect since 1892. I have complete confidence in every single Officer and Member of this company and in the Department as a whole.
The men and women of the Elkins Park Fire Company along with our brothers and sisters in the four other companies of the Cheltenham Township Fire Department work tirelessly day and night to ensure your safety and that of your homes and property. It is a very distinct honor to earn the title firefighter and as such we take our role very seriously. Each member of the Department is trained to the very highest standards and must continue learning and improving in order to better serve the people of the community to which we ourselves belong.
As an all volunteer company, we would not be able to function without the dedication of our members and the support of the community as a whole. We are proud to call Cheltenham our home, and we constantly strive to make sure that pride comes through in all of our endeavors.
We are always looking for new members to step up and fill a much needed position. Feel free to stop by whenever you get the chance to fill out an application, see the trucks, or just to say hello.
